  • MSA GX600 design use glossy black as the color, flame decals, and MSI logo on the front of notebook. the bulid quality is average.

MSI GX600 use matte style on the screen. its a little different with usual gamming notebook that use a gloosy type screen. the screen quality is average, brightness level is good, but when gamming, you have to max the brightness.

on the sound quality, MSI GX600 have average quality like other notebook. but, dont compare with the gamming laptop, it's to far. you will miss most bass effect. poor multimedia notebook, i think. but you still can use headphone, no hiss or static, it's a clean sound.

the keyboard is a full size keyboard. MSI GX600 keyborad include the number pad. but the key is so small, don't confius if you get some difficult when you typing with MSI GX600 keyboard.

System on the MSI GX 600 should rule above all esle. with Nvidia 8600m GT 512 MB, and Intel T7300 Core 2 DUo, MSI GX600 was able to play all the new game. but you will suprised, because you wont find 7200rpm hard drive.

The noise on MSI Gx600 is minimal. on the normal use, MSI GX600 is very quite and cool, and it's totaly off when you browsing the web. when you gamming with MSI GX600, fan noise just spike up a bit. BUt when you enable the overclocking mode, the fan get qiute loud.

MSI GX600 use 4800mAh battery, its not bad. it can pulling over 2 hours on balance mode, 80% backlight, and wireless enable.

    Conclusion

For a gamer on a tight budget the MSI GX600 offers a great price for a gaming notebook. You get a stylish design that isn't too over the top, but still offers a unique design to stand out against other notebooks. My gripes are limited to some chassis flex, and lack of upgrade options, but overall it's still a very good value.
